Use this page for delivery, download, file-format, update, and billing questions related to the Small Business Security Starter Kit.

Delivery email

I did not receive the link.

Check the inbox and spam or junk folder for the email address used at Stripe checkout. Delivery messages come from a Portside Security address.

If it still has not arrived, email us from the purchasing address and include the approximate purchase time. Do not send card details.

Download

The download did not work.

Try the delivery link in the same browser where you completed checkout. If the page reports that access expired or cannot be verified, contact us and we will review the order.

Never send passwords, Stripe credentials, or download secrets by email.

File formats

What software do I need?

The bundle includes DOCX files for editing, PDF files for reading and sharing, and one XLSX workbook for program tracking.

Current versions of Microsoft Office work best. Compatible office suites may work, but formatting and workbook behavior can vary.

Release integrity

How do I verify the ZIP?

The bundle includes SHA256SUMS.txt. Your IT provider can compare those SHA-256 values with the downloaded files to confirm they were not altered.

Updates

How will Early Access updates arrive?

Launch-window Starter Kit updates will be sent to the purchasing email address with the release version and a summary of material changes.

Billing and refunds

Something is wrong with the order.

For a billing mistake, incorrect item, or unresolved delivery problem, review the refund policy and contact us from the purchasing email address.
